Neither guesthouse is in Kudepsta itself: Vremena Goda is in Adler, while Annette Celentano is in Nizhneimeretinskaya Bay. At Vremena Goda, breakfast is included, and studios have kitchenettes for self-catering. Annette Celentano does not serve breakfast but has a shared kitchen; the coast and Sochi Park are 300 metres away.
Both guesthouses are in Sochi’s Central District, not Kudepsta. At Villa Bavaria, apartments with a private kitchen suit guests who prefer to cook for themselves; the nearest public beach is 800 metres away. Sunrise suits those who enjoy walks by the water: the Psakhe River promenade is opposite, and a public beach with facilities is 400 metres away.
Pelikan suits travellers who want to stay close to the sea: the shore is 30 metres away, and Bytkha public beach is a 5–7-minute walk. There’s an on-site café and free guarded parking, handy if you’re driving. The guest house is in Sochi, around 10–15 minutes by car from the city centre.
