For rentals of less than 4 days, an additional cleaning fee is 1,500 rubles. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Other times are agreed in advance! Upon arrival, a contract is drawn up (you will need a passport), and a deposit of 5,000 rubles is paid. It is refunded upon departure, subject to all the rules.
