The Izumrud Sanatorium*** of the Government of Moscow is a modern boarding house with a multidisciplinary medical and wellness complex and a unique infrastructure. The pension is located on the Black Sea coast in the resort area of the Adler district of Sochi, a 40-minute drive from the center of Sochi, 20 minutes from the international airport and Olympic Park and 10 minutes from Adler Train Station. Within walking distance from the boarding house in the park and entertainment area of the Resort town there is the largest Aquarium in Russia, a Dolphinarium, a summer cinema, shopping and entertainment centers, cafes, bars and restaurants. The city beach is 800 meters from the pension. Specialists of the highest category work in a modern multidisciplinary Medical and wellness complex. The directions of sanatorium-resort treatment are general therapeutic. They treat diseases of the cardiovascular system (hypertension, atherosclerosis, vegetative-vascular dystonia), diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system (neuroses, neuritis, neuralgia, consequences of injuries and infections, sciatica) and diseases of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis, arthrosis and osteochondrosis). It offers accommodation in Luxury and Standard rooms, a two-level dining room for 450 people, a banquet hall, a tour desk, a medical and wellness complex, an indoor pool with panoramic windows, a gym, sports grounds, a sauna complex with a Russian bath, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish hammam. Due to repair work being carried out on the equipment at the boiler house of MUP “Sochiteploenergo”, the administration of the “Izumrud” boarding house informs you that on August 27, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00, the hot water supply to the boarding house will be shut off; the swimming pool and showers will not be operational. Water treatment procedures will be replaced by the attending physician with alternative procedures, if indicated, or rescheduled to another time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
