Хороший отель на краю города, тихое спокойное место. Плохо, что вейдинговых аппаратов нет, пришлось кофе самому делать с утра.

Гостиница представляет собой двухэтажное здание, в номере есть все необходимое, а также чистота, белоснежное постельное белье. Отдельно хочется отменить повара, завтрак, который был приготовлен, заслуживает высокую оценку, и чистоту в столовой, где он проходил. Рекомендую к размещению.

Хочется отметить данную гостиницу своими впечатлениями. Решили семьёй побывать в Сортавале и посмотреть красоты природы с достопримечательностями. И выбор пал на данную гостиницу. С первого разговора было приятно слышать заботу и понимание, что хотим семейный номер на 4 человека (2 взрослых и 2 детей). Номер как раз такой и оказался в наличии. Сразу же получил фото номера. По заселению хочется отметить хорошую стоянку для машины под окнами с возможностью посидеть вечером в беседке. Имеется песочница с игрушками. Номер прекрасный, полностью соответствует фото и ожиданиям. Персонал очень доброжелательный и настроен на решение всех возможных вопросов. За дополнительную плату можно купить завтраки... рекомендую!!! Готовят как ресторане!!! Очень доволен данной гостиницей. В следующий раз обязательно вернусь сюда.
