This is a wonderful hotel! You can order breakfasts and lunches at the hotel if you wish. We ordered breakfasts — the food here is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need! The views of the mountains are incredible!!! The owners are very responsive. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The views from here are very nice. And that’s not the only advantage of this place. It’s a great spot to spend time benefiting both body and soul. The conditions in the room are very good. I liked everything. There’s a restaurant at the hotel. The prices are no higher than at similar places, and the menu is varied, with tasty food.

We come to Arkhyz twice a year — the mountain scenery is incredibly beautiful and it’s a real paradise for skiing. This is our first time staying at this hotel; during our previous trip, new friends we met here on holiday recommended it to us. It’s a fantastic place to stay, and we’re 1 Normally satisfied with our choice.

Потрясающий гостевой дом, он находится в Архызе. Погода здесь отличная, и есть разные домики на выбор. Мы забронировали вариант номер 1, из которого открывается великолепный вид на горы. У нас были собственная ванная комната и полностью оборудованная кухня. Есть выход на собственную террасу, где можно обустроить зону отдыха. На окнах — москитные сетки, кондиционер работает исправно. Есть бойлер, обеспечивающий горячую воду. Напряжение в электросети стабильное, так что мы жили с комфортом. Горнолыжные склоны расположены неподалёку, и можно заказать трансфер до них.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with the quality of service. We were greeted very warmly at the reception, and check‑in was quick and without delays. The room was clean and cozy, with a balcony and a great view of the city. I was very pleased with the breakfast: a variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. I especially liked horse riding, and in general there were a lot of sports leisure activities — everything our family loves. A 100 % satisfying stay! Expectations met!

If you are coming to ski, stay in Romantik by the gondola base station: the lift is a few minutes' walk away, with rental shops and restaurants next door. If you want to save, stay in the village of Arkhyz and reach the slopes by shuttle bus, your own car or a hotel transfer. Fifteen to twenty minutes on the road pays for itself in the price difference.
Closest to the trailheads are Sofia Meadow and Taulu Meadow at the entrance to the gorge, where the premium complexes are. A cheaper alternative is the village of Arkhyz: Taulu is roughly half an hour away on an unpaved road, but you get a real Caucasus village around you, with grocery shops and bakeries.
The range is wide: simple guesthouses in the village are the cheapest, three- and four-star hotels by the gondola in Romantik cost more, and the resorts on Sofia Meadow set the upper limit. The most expensive dates are the winter high season and the New Year holidays; in late April, in May and in November prices drop noticeably. Check the hotel cards for current rates.
For winter and New Year, two to three months ahead — by December there are almost no rooms left near the gondola. For August hiking trips, start looking in May or June, especially if you are aiming for guesthouses in the village. In the shoulder season you can book closer to your travel dates, since hotels are not filled to capacity then.
