Hotels with sauna in Dombay

If you want to stay in the center, look for accommodation around Alanskaya, Teberdinskaya, or Narzanny Lane. It's the ideal location: the lower gondola station is a 5–7 minute walk away, and the best cafes, ski-rental shops, and all of the village's infrastructure are right around you. This is also where all of the premium properties and most of the mini-hotels sit.

• Cosmos Selection Dombay Diamond — the only 4-star chain hotel in the village, at 10 Gornaya Street. From 10,925 ₽ per night. It's the priciest hotel in Dombay, but the level of service is noticeably above the local average.
• Taukel — a 4-star aparthotel on Narzanny Lane. Rates start at 5,749 ₽. Rooms come with a kitchen, which is handy for a family with kids or a group of three or four.
• Alpiisky — another 4-star aparthotel, at 2 Alpiisky Lane. Prices start at 6,200 ₽. Guests get full apartments with several rooms and their own kitchen.

This neighborhood sits slightly off to the side of the main clearing, tucked into the fir forest. It's only 500–700 meters to the lower cable-car station — an easy walk. It's much quieter here than on Alanskaya, and the housing stock is mostly aparthotels and cozy cottages with kitchens, terraces, and views of the mountain ridges.

• Dombai Palace is at 5 Alanskaya Street. It offers standard, deluxe, and suite categories starting at 5,600 ₽ per night. A good pick for a longer family trip.
• Aktau sits at 4 Gornaya Street. It's an aparthotel with rates from 5,700 ₽. The rooms have everything you need for comfort, including a kitchen area and space to dry ski gear. Breakfast, however, is not served.

If ski-in access isn't decisive and you don't mind walking a bit or taking a transfer, a room up in the mountains costs a fraction of what it does downtown. These options are ideal for travelers who spend the whole day on the slopes or on the trail and only come back to the room to sleep.

Upper village: Karachaevskaya and Balkarskaya streets

These streets sit above the center. The lower lift station is a 10–15 minute walk away. Keep in mind that the walk back uphill with a backpack can be tiring. The area is dominated by cozy family-run guest houses.

• Zvyozdny at 14 Karachaevskaya is the cheapest option, from 2,000 ₽ per night. The rooms are simple, no frills — a great choice for someone who comes for the mountains rather than the service.
• Gornaya Khizhina at 2 Balkarskaya is a guest house with rates from 3,600 ₽.

Teberda: 20–25 km from the lifts

This neighboring town sits right next to Teberda National Park. To reach the lower cable-car station, you need to drive about 20–25 km along the only mountain road. That means either a transfer or your own car. In return, accommodation prices here are generally lower. And in summer, it's more convenient to set out from Teberda to the Baduk Lakes and the short trails through the national park.
