Hotels in downtown Moscow
In central Moscow, you can stay a few minutes’ walk from the theatres or choose an apartment for exploring historic streets. This collection includes hotel rooms, spacious apartments and capsules in shared rooms.
What to consider when choosing
Peter I on Neglinnaya Street is a good choice for a theatre trip: the Bolshoi and Maly theatres are a few minutes’ walk away, and the Kremlin and Red Square are 10–15 minutes away on foot. For exploring on foot, also consider apartments on Kamergersky Lane or Petrovka, among theatres, cafés and historic buildings.
For a hotel stay with a pool and spa, consider The Carlton, Moscow; for a group of up to five, Tverskaya Street on Kamergersky offers an apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard. If you’re comfortable sleeping in a shared room, Rus Teatralnaya Hostel has capsules and an equipped communal kitchen.
Some hotels offer parking: The Carlton, Moscow has an underground car park, while Metropol has paid, guarded parking by the entrance with special terms for hotel guests. Check space availability and charges with your chosen hotel before travelling.
