Simferopol is Crimea's main transport hub. The area around Pobedy Avenue and Lermontov Street is a residential part of the city next to Gagarin Park. It's far calmer here than on noisy Kirov Avenue: plenty of greenery, quiet courtyards, and convenient access to the Tavrida highway (just 10 minutes by car). This option works if you're after a peaceful night's sleep and planning an early departure toward Crimea's Southern Coast.
Mirnoye is Simferopol's western suburb with new residential complexes. The apartment format suits families who are coming to Crimea not just to pass through but for an extended stay: you get your own kitchen, a washing machine, and parking in the courtyard. It's 15–20 minutes along the bypass from the interchange to the Southern Coast.
