The Metropol Apart-Hotel is located in the central part of Sochi, in the Svetlana microdistrict, within walking distance from the city embankment (a 10-minute walk). Free transfer to the beach. Each apartment has everything you need for both long-term stays and short-term rentals. Regardless of whether it is a studio with a kitchen area or an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a work area, excellent service and windows with panoramic views of the city, the sea and the picturesque Arboretum Park await you. Nearby there is a Winter theater, Circus, restaurants and shopping centers. A menu-to-order (continental) breakfast in an individual package is served at the apartment at the selected time. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Free Wi-Fi throughout the complex will help you stay connected at all times. The price includes access to the gym (open around the clock). A rooftop lounge area with a fitness complex and a sports field where you can play ping pong, basketball, soccer, tennis, badminton (sports equipment is provided free of charge). The concept pool is located on the 17th floor (not heated), 60cm deep. *Monday is a sanitary day, visiting the roof is not available. It is allowed to stay with a pet for an additional fee (500 RUB/day). *Size limit: weight up to 12 kg and height not higher than 30 cm. Underground Parking is secured, paid. The cost is 500 rubles per day. *Provision of a parking space is possible if there are available parking spaces. *There is no pre-booking of a parking space. It is possible to arrange a transfer from/to the airport and railway station for an additional fee. Upon check-in, a deposit of 5,000 thousand rubles will be charged. *Funds from the deposit are used to pay for services, a mini-bar or other things. The unspent amount is refunded to the guest upon check-out.
