The central part and Zolotye Peski street: wide sand, a gentle entry into the sea and the water park nearby. The Paralia promenade with its cafes and pharmacies is a five to ten minute walk, and Mira and Chernomorskaya streets are lined with large resorts that have children's pools and entertainment programs. It is also the most convenient base for getting to the fair and the evening attractions.

A full all-inclusive package at the local four-star resorts works out noticeably cheaper than in Sochi or Gelendzhik for a comparable standard. The spread within the village is wide: some complexes include three meals a day and an entertainment program, while simpler hotels charge for breakfast separately. Vityazevo means a wide sandy beach, the Greek-themed Paralia promenade and a high concentration of all-inclusive resorts. Anapa next door is a large resort town with sanatoriums, water parks and a much bigger choice of cafes and entertainment. Dzhemete is the quiet village between them, dominated by guest houses and small hotels: its beaches are a few kilometers from Vityazevo, and the center of Anapa is about fifteen.

The swimming season runs roughly from mid-May to September or October, and the most comfortable stretch is from late May through September. Hotels are fullest in July and August. In the first half of June and in September the water is already warm, more rooms are free and there are no lines at the cafes — the best time for a relaxed stay or a short trip.

The airport is a few kilometers from the village: about ten minutes by car from the hotels on the way out, a little longer from the center. It is around fifteen kilometers to the center of Anapa and less than ten to the Dzhemete beaches.
