Cheap guesthouse vacation rentals in Yeysk

Want to stay right next to the beach? Plyazhnaya Street runs up to Taganrog Bay at the northern tip of the Yeysk spit. The central beach is right next door, with its sand-and-shell bottom and gradual entry that families with kids appreciate.

The flagship hotel on the first line is Grand Hotel Yeysk (4 stars, from 9,000 ₽). It has its own pool, a restaurant with bay views and parking. Rooms welcome both kids and pets.

A bit cheaper — Briz (from 5,000 ₽). It's a small guest house literally across the street. There's no pool or restaurant here, but the price is half as much.

Take your pick: full hotel service on the first line, or a budget room with the same sea view.

Yeysk has almost no chain hotels — the accommodation market is built around guest houses and mini-hotels. The widest choice of these is in the historic center. From here it's a 10–15 minute walk to the promenade and the central beach. Cafés, Poddubny Park and amusement rides are right at hand. This area suits travellers who care more about being in town than about stepping straight from their room onto the sand.

In this part of the city you'll find a premium guest house — LETO on Schmidt Street (from 14,500 ₽). It's the most expensive option in the catalogue.

If you're after a calmer mid-range option, look at Stella in the historic quarter near Lenin Street (from 7,000 ₽). The block is quiet and all the basic amenities are in place.

The cheapest option in town is Azovsky Hostel on Mira Street (from 1,130 ₽).

The center also has a handful of budget guest houses on Rostovskaya, Krasnodarskaya and Polevaya streets. Prices there run from 2,500 to 4,500 ₽ — the cheapest segment in the central part of the city.

Dolzhanskaya Spit is a narrow nine-kilometre strip of land with two shores and reliable winds. Riders know it as the "Dolzhanka" spot. Technically it's no longer Yeysk but the stanitsa of Dolzhanskaya. In Moya Bron, properties on the spit are listed together with the city. The drive from Yeysk takes about 40–45 minutes.

The best option is to stay right on the water. The Kristina holiday base (from 3,600 ₽) sits on the territory of Kosa Dolgaya. It's a great pick for an active break. Gear rental and kite stations are right there.

A bit cheaper and closer to the stanitsa's infrastructure is the Guest House at Pobedy 7 (from 3,000 ₽). It suits those who want to walk to a shop or café in the evening and not depend on the holiday base.

Yeysk is a balneo-mud resort. There are hydrogen sulphide springs, mineral water and the medicinal mud of Khanskoye Lake. You don't have to book a sanatorium for a month — you can stay a couple of nights at a spa property and combine treatment with time at the beach.

In Morskoy village, roughly 7 km from Yeysk, you'll find the Glubina Thermal Spa Resort (from 8,500 ₽). The hotel sits on the first line by the sea. There's a pool with thermal water on site, and a water park is one hundred metres away.
