Kabardinka offers three lodging options, each suited to a different type of trip. If you're coming for the sea and the promenade, pick the village centre. Look for stays on Revolyutsionnaya, Mira, and Proletarskaya streets. If you want space, treatment programs, or a private leisure area, look at the holiday hotels along Sukhumi Highway. And if your goal is hiking and quiet, head to the Markotkh Ridge outside the village. You'll only need a car in the last case.

In the Village Centre: 5–10 Minutes' Walk to the Promenade

The centre of Kabardinka is a compact block of streets from Revolyutsionnaya to Mira. The pebble beach is just 400–700 metres away. Guest houses here stand close together, with cafés, a market, and bus stops to Gelendzhik nearby. This option works well for a couple or a family without a car: ten minutes on foot to the Old Park, five to the sea.

The holiday hotels sit on the northern edge of the village, a two- or three-minute drive from the centre. You reach the beach by hotel shuttle or by taxi. Properties here are larger in scale: each has fenced grounds, a private leisure area, a restaurant, and a pool — all already included in the rate. This format suits families with kids who don't want to camp out on the municipal pebble beach, or anyone who values quiet and wants to avoid the bustle of the centre.

On the Markotkh Ridge: Mountains and Forest Instead of the Beach

Kabardinka draws visitors with more than the sea. Beyond the ridge you'll find trails to the Bronze Age dolmens, a juniper grove, and the Zhane River waterfalls. Lodging outside the village costs more, but it pays you back with kilometres of forest at your doorstep and sea views from wide open meadows.

The season in Kabardinka is shorter than in Adler, but it still runs longer than you might expect at first glance. The swim window stretches comfortably from mid-June through the end of September. Summer air temperatures stay in the +24–30 °C range. In August the water warms to +26 °C, and at the start of the velvet season it holds its heat right through the twentieth of September.

Prices shift with the season. In June a guest house room runs 3,000–4,000 ₽ per night, while in July and August the same room costs 5,000–6,000 ₽ and up.

The best window for a trip in terms of price-to-weather balance is the first half of June and all of September. Air temperatures sit at +23–27 °C, prices are below peak, and the promenade and the Old Park aren't packed with tourists.

January is the rainiest month. It's only worth coming then if you're booked into a sanatorium or planning a hike across the Markotkh Ridge. In winter the beach infrastructure is closed, and some guest houses shut down for the season.
