Hotels in downtown Sochi
Central Sochi makes it easy to combine city walks, cultural sights, and time by the sea. The collection includes both classic hotel rooms and apartments for independent stays.
What to consider when choosing
Look for accommodation near pedestrianised Navaginskaya Street, which starts by the railway station and leads towards the Seaport. For cultural attractions, consider options closer to the Winter Theatre and Sochi Art Museum.
For a longer trip, an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine is usually more practical; these amenities are available, for example, at the property on Vorovskogo Street and at Posutochno One Days. Choose a classic hotel room if you prefer a traditional hotel stay, but note that only some rooms at Riviera-Park have kitchenettes.
Parking is not available everywhere: Park Gorkogo Neolit has paid gated parking, while Central Residence 3* by Provence lists parking on its grounds. Check availability and current terms before booking.
