Hotels in downtown Lazarevskoye

The main resort life of Lazarevskoye is packed into a few blocks between the promenade, the market and the Morskaya Zvezda dolphinarium. If you plan to spend most of your time on the beach, visit the Nautilus water park and stroll along the sea in the evenings, this is the best area to book a hotel — you won't have to rely on shuttle buses.

You'll find options for any budget here: from a guest house next door to the dolphinarium to a 4-star hotel on Odoyevskogo street. A few examples:

There are no 5-star hotels in the town of Lazarevskoye. The premium segment of Greater Sochi sits in central Sochi, Adler and Krasnaya Polyana. That said, Lazarevskoye offers two strong options a tier below, both with direct access to the sea:

• Yuzhnaya Riviera — a 4-star hotel at 1 Turistskaya street, in the northern part of town closer to Ashe. From 8,500 ₽. It's the flagship of the 4-star segment in Lazarevskoye.
• Grand Hotel & SPA Priboy — a spa complex with a pool at 131 Kalarasha street. From 11,500 ₽. The hotel is formally rated 3 stars, but in terms of service it's the priciest property in town and the only full-fledged "spa resort" among the options available.

Lazarevskoye works as a resort thanks to its wide choice of guest houses and mini-hotels, and prices here are lower than in Sochi. This format suits you if you're willing to walk 15–25 minutes to the beach and don't need a pool or a buffet breakfast.

• Laza — a guest house at 6/3 Pobedy Lane, from 1,680 ₽. It's the cheapest listing in Lazarevskoye.
• U Kota — a guest house at 16/8 Partizanskaya street, from 3,000 ₽. Within walking distance of the beach.

Other guest houses in the same price range:

• "U Mamy" — on Sochinskoye Shosse;
• "Angel" — on Chistaya street;
• "Demfil" — on Pobedy street;
• "Lesnaya Skazka" — in Pobedy Lane.

Prices at guest houses and three-star hotels swing noticeably with the season. In May–June and September, a room by the sea is cheaper than in July–August. If your travel dates are flexible, try shifting them by a couple of weeks. For the same money, you may be able to afford a higher-class room or a more convenient location.
